Congratulations to Eloise Smith who won the 2024 Special Recognition Award at the big PFM Awards!
Ellie, as she likes to be known, started out her career as a cleaner at the school she had just graduated from in Monmouthshire. She still works there today but has been consistently promoted to now be site manager. She is a fantastic example of our values in action.
