The Challenge.

Nationwide Building Society went to market in 2018, seeking a new partner that could consolidate existing services, deliver best-in-class retail cleaning, deep-cleans and consumables and deliver happiness to their clients and colleagues. All within a highly controlled and secure environment.

Always up for a challenge, we jumped at the opportunity.

The Solution.

Upon winning the contract, we rapidly mobilised across 332 branches, primarily with lone workers. Given the high security nature of the locations, we developed a bespoke electronic on-boarding app to support the mobilisation process. The app ensured we could quickly and accurately manage vetting, ID and right-to-work processes, getting trusted and qualified cleaners into branches fast.

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have worked closely with our friends at Nationwide, ensuring our teams are fully equipped and trained to keep branches safe and operational at all times.

In 2020, Atlas was voted by Nationwide staff as their Supplier of the Year, in recognition of the service our frontline teams have provided during these challenging times.
