Celebrating Women’s Week at Atlas

Since International Women’s Day fell over the weekend this year, we didn’t want to miss the chance to celebrate properly. So, we marked Women’s Week at Atlas—a dedicated time to recognise and celebrate the incredible women who help make our community what it is.

As part of the celebration, we reshared some fantastic stories Malcolm Harris has written over the past year. These conversations spotlight some inspiring women across Atlas, filled with wisdom and insights that reflect the spirit of our purpose and values.

Georgina Enang: A 30-Year Legacy of Dedication and Leadership

Kicking things off with Georgina Enang. She has built a long-standing team over the years that share her strong work ethic — a quality that’s been recognised by her client.

Over the past three decades, Georgina Enang has been a cornerstone of Atlas FM. Her journey with us began in the early days of the company, and she has grown alongside it, witnessing and contributing to its evolution. Georgina’s commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of facilities management have been instrumental in our sustained success.

Throughout her tenure, Georgina has taken on various roles, each with increasing responsibility. Her leadership style, characterised by empathy and a hands-on approach, has earned her the respect and admiration of both colleagues and clients. She has been a mentor to many, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.

Georgina’s story is not just about longevity, but also about impact. Her initiatives have led to improved operational efficiencies and enhanced client satisfaction. Her unwavering dedication serves as an inspiration to all, embodying the core values that Atlas FM stands for.

The Terrific Twosome: Chris Williams and Anna Psztyk of AQS

Next up are Chris Williams and Anna Psztyk. We’ve been fortunate to have both of them join the Atlas family through our acquisition of AQS early last year. Reading their story, it’s clear they’re a true reflection of the Atlas values — putting people first and fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. As Malcolm puts it best, ‘Their partnership is a reminder that great leadership isn’t just about skills or experience—it’s about the ability to inspire, connect, and bring out the best in everyone.’

Chris Williams and Anna Psztyk, affectionately known as the “Terrific Twosome,” have been instrumental in the success of Atlas Quality Services (AQS). Their partnership is a testament to the power of collaboration and shared vision. Together, they have navigated complex challenges, consistently delivering exceptional results that have set new benchmarks in service quality.

Chris brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the team. His ability to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly has been pivotal in securing long-term partnerships. Anna, on the other hand, excels in operational execution. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that services are delivered seamlessly, meeting and often exceeding client expectations.

Their combined strengths have not only elevated AQS but have also contributed significantly to the broader objectives of Atlas FM. Their story underscores the importance of synergy in achieving excellence and reinforces our commitment to fostering collaborative environments.

Anna Kraj: Building a Family of Cleaners and Clients

Anna’s dedication to her teams and clients is a true reflection of our commitment to creating happiness in ourselves and others. Her journey and passion is a great example of how we build communities and support those around us to grow and thrive.

Anna Kraj has redefined the traditional client-service provider relationship by fostering a familial atmosphere among cleaners and clients alike. Her approach is rooted in the belief that treating team members and clients as part of an extended family leads to enhanced satisfaction and loyalty.

Under Anna’s leadership, team cohesion has strengthened, resulting in higher morale and productivity. She places a strong emphasis on open communication, ensuring that every team member feels valued and heard. This inclusive culture has translated into exceptional service delivery, as satisfied employees are more engaged and committed to their work.

Clients have also felt the positive impact of Anna’s approach. By building genuine relationships based on trust and mutual respect, she has created partnerships that go beyond contractual obligations. Her efforts have not only improved client retention but have also attracted new clients who are drawn to the unique, family-like culture she has cultivated.

These stories highlight the essence of Atlas FM’s culture—where professionalism meets personality, and where our people are at the heart of our success. We celebrate Georgina, Chris, Anna Psztyk, and Anna Kraj for their remarkable contributions and for inspiring us all to strive for excellence.
