We are proud to announce that as of late 2024, we have transitioned to 100% employee ownership via the creation of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This milestone makes Atlas the first company in the industry to be entirely owned by its employees, setting a new standard in the sector.

While several sale options were explored, the previous owners chose the EOT model to protect Atlas’s values, safeguard our independence, and reward the people who have contributed to our growth and success. This decision ensures that we continue to prioritise our people-first approach to facilities management.
