Atlas Cleaning appoints Issi Salter as Growth Director

Atlas Cleaning has appointed Issi Salter as Growth Director, strengthening its commercial leadership team as the business continues to scale.

Issi joins Atlas Cleaning with extensive experience driving revenue growth, professionalising sales functions and building high-performing teams across services, technology and data-led businesses. She reports to Ed Bolton, Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Cleaning.

Her appointment reflects Atlas Cleaning’s ambition to accelerate sustainable growth while maintaining the culture and discipline that underpin its success.

 

Issi has held senior leadership roles within globally recognised organisations including CBRE, IWG PLC and Experian, operating in complex and highly competitive markets. Her background spans both permanent executive leadership and interim CRO-level roles, where she has been trusted to reset strategy, sharpen go-to-market execution and deliver measurable revenue impact.
