Atlas has appointed Ben Atkins as Group Performance Director, further strengthening the company’s commercial leadership team.
This role demonstrates Atlas’s commitment to high performance and a strong organisational culture. Ben will identify existing strengths and embed them across all operations. He will develop programmes to enhance delivery, drive innovation in procurement and supply chain, support continuous improvement, and ensure new contracts begin with strong, well-structured mobilisation. His work will strengthen business performance, standardise processes, and implement systems that proactively identify opportunities, minimising disruption for customers and colleagues. Ben reports to Group CEO Chris Wisely.
Ben has extensive experience in operational and organisational change across diverse industries, including public services, higher education, retail, private equity, gaming and betting, and motorsport. He joins Atlas from Williams F1, where he led major transformation and inventory improvement initiatives in a high-performance environment. His background provides a strong understanding of both client and procurement aspects of FM, as well as direct insight into the sector’s opportunities and challenges.
