Atlas FM named WIRED x HSBC Trailblazer in UK Business Services Report

UK’s fastest-growing facilities management firm recognised for people-first approach and decade of sustained growth.

Atlas FM, the UK’s fastest-growing facilities management company, has been named a Trailblazer in the 2026 WIRED x HSBC UK Business Services Report: a programme recognising the most innovative and forward-thinking businesses shaping the UK economy.

The report, published by WIRED in partnership with HSBC UK, profiles mid-market businesses across four key sectors: facilities management, freight and logistics, testing and compliance, and recruitment. Atlas FM features as a central case study in the facilities management chapter, cited for its growth trajectory, technology adoption, and employee-owned business model.

Over the past eight years, Atlas FM has grown its turnover more than ten times and now serves around 5,000 clients. Its model is built on deep sector knowledge and integrated services, the combination that allows Atlas to move from delivering a service to solving a problem. The business is fully employee-owned, a structure it regards as central to the quality and consistency of its service delivery.
