5-star services at Corinthia London
Creating happiness in ourselves and others
It’s an attitude and style that informs every detail of our long term relationship with the magnificent Corinthia London on the corner of Northumberland Street and Whitehall Place in London, and we bring a passionate commitment to excellence in every aspect of what we do there.
Every night a dedicated team descends upon Corinthia London’s entire Front and Back of House, thoroughly revitalising the interior to keep it at the highest standard for the hotel’s guests, management, and staff.
We also carry out a comprehensive ‘Deep Clean’ of each of the hotel’s three kitchens every single night. These must meet the exacting demands of the hotel’s Executive Chefs, including Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge — who has opened his first London restaurant within the hotel.
The delivery of our purpose, Creating Happiness, in everything we do is something that Martin Bielak, Corinthia London’s Back of House Manager, fully supports and upholds. Pictured here with Atlas directors, Maurice Hart and Trevor Olsen, Martin is as crystal clear on this as the hotel’s famous chandelier, which floats above the gorgeous Crystal Moon Lounge at the heart of the extensive ground floor. “Every member of the team should be happy working for us,” says Martin. “A happy team works much better and while we are a celebrated hotel, we want to be famous for all the right reasons!” Although Martin has been with the hotel just a few months, hired by direct recommendation to Corinthia London Creating happiness in ourselves and others, he has been in the industry for many years. His experience is evident in his easy, friendly manner and seasoned business mind.

“The most important aspect of the successful relationship is that we have a stable team who do a very good job,” — says Martin. “And much of that is about wage – it’s how we show we appreciate our staff for what they do for us.” Certainly, our team continues in safe hands at Corinthia London, with a good day’s wage happily awarded for a good day’s work – a mutually beneficial arrangement that shows no sign of changing.
