Here’s a marvellous and inspirational story of Area Manager, Paulla Crowe, who recently created a new site specification (and plenty of happiness) for her client, Fi Harvey of Glowmade Ltd, a UK games company based in Guildford.
The company was already a great fit for Atlas – to quote their website, “the goal of our games is to unlock people’s imagination and help them express themselves in wonderful, fun ways.” Pretty impressive, eh? 😀
Fi was keen to work with Paulla to make the Glowmade offices warm and welcoming for her team, so they arranged a meeting to obtain Fi’s input, to fully understand her priorities, and to get a full cleaning spec sorted out for the site.
Together, they came up with a spec which was site specific and matched the allotted shifts.
In addition, in a great example of business development, they agreed on a series of non-contractual cleans, above and beyond the existing contract. A great example because the cost of the add-on cleans was secondary to making sure the site is always in first class condition.
Fi didn’t hesitate to let Paulla know what a difference she has made.
“Paulla has created a lot of happiness for our staff, enabling them to work in a clean office and, more importantly, chat and snack in a very clean kitchen! Paulla has been flexible in her production of a spec for our needs, which, following our meeting today, has grown even more!”
Well done, Paulla – and all the very best to our friends in Glowmade!
